Private Label Melamine Dinnerware for Retail Brands

Develop a collection that looks and feels like your brand—not a generic product with a logo added at the end. Yaxing manufactures private label melamine dinnerware for homeware brands, importers, wholesalers and retail chains, with support for product selection, custom artwork, packaging and production.

Our design, mold, decal-printing, manufacturing and packing teams work at the same factory. That gives you one point of contact from the first brief through sample approval and repeat orders.

OEM and Private Label Options

Every program starts in a different place. Some buyers already have detailed specifications; others need help turning a market concept into a workable assortment.

Existing Shapes with Your Branding

Select proven plates, bowls, platters, trays, cups or dinnerware sets from our mold library, then add your colors, patterns, logo and packaging. This route reduces tooling and is well suited to first collections and seasonal launches.

Adapted Products

Create a more distinctive range by changing the decoration, finish, set combination or selected product details while retaining a proven base shape.

Original Product Development

If your brand requires an exclusive silhouette or specification, we can assess new mold development. Drawings, physical samples and visual references can all be used during the feasibility review.

Brand and Artwork Development

Our decal team works from finished artwork, brand guidelines, mood boards or reference images. Before sampling, we check color direction, artwork placement, printable area and the way a pattern moves across the product.

Custom branding may include:

  • Full-surface or positioned decal artwork
  • Solid colors and coordinated color palettes
  • Logos and product identification
  • Bottom marks where technically suitable
  • Coordinated patterns across a dinnerware set
  • Glossy, matte and decorative surface effects

Customer artwork and product designs can be handled under an NDA when required.

Private Label Packaging

Packaging is part of the product experience and a critical detail for retail execution. Depending on the program, we can work with buyer-supplied files or coordinate requirements for:

  • Color boxes and gift boxes
  • Inner cartons, dividers and protective packing
  • Barcode and product labels
  • Carton marks and shipping identification
  • Brand and market-specific information supplied by the buyer

Final packaging artwork and labeling remain subject to buyer approval and destination-market requirements.

Use our private label dinnerware packaging guide to prepare the set configuration, box, labels, carton marks and approval files.

A Clear Private Label Process

1. Define the Program

Tell us the target market, retail channel, product range, design direction, estimated volume, target price and required delivery window.

2. Build the Assortment

We review suitable molds, set combinations, decoration options and any new tooling requirements. The goal is a collection that can be produced reliably at the intended price point.

3. Develop and Approve Samples

Samples are prepared to confirm shape, color, artwork, finish and branding. Packaging samples or proofs can be reviewed where required.

4. Lock the Specification

Approved product, artwork and packing details are documented before bulk production. Clear specifications also make repeat orders easier to manage.

5. Produce and Inspect

The order moves through incoming-material, in-process, finished-product and outgoing checks. Project-specific inspection requirements can be agreed before production. Read more about our melamine dinnerware quality control.

6. Pack for Export

Finished goods are packed to the approved specification and prepared for shipment.

Built for Importers and Retail Programs

Yaxing has supplied international markets for many years, with North and South America as a core export region. Our factory has worked with the requirements of established retailers and brand owners, where consistent specifications, clear approval records and dependable repeat production matter as much as the first sample.

MOQ and lead time vary according to the mold, artwork, packaging and number of SKUs. We quote them against the actual program rather than applying one figure to every project.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between OEM and private label?

An OEM project normally follows specifications supplied by the buyer. A private label program may begin with an existing or adapted product that is developed and packaged under the buyer’s brand. In practice, many projects combine both approaches.

Can we start with an existing mold?

Yes. Existing molds reduce tooling cost and development time while still allowing custom artwork, colors, branding and packaging.

Can you keep our designs confidential?

Yes. We can work under an NDA and follow agreed procedures for handling customer artwork, specifications and product designs.

Do you support repeat orders?

Yes. Approved specifications, artwork and packing details provide the reference for repeat production. Availability and lead time are reconfirmed for each order.
