For production orders:

• T/T (Bank Wire Transfer) — Our standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the 70% balance paid against a copy of the Bill of Lading.
• L/C (Letter of Credit) — We accept irrevocable L/C at sight for larger orders. Please discuss the details with our sales team when confirming your order.
• Open Account (OA) Terms — Available for established customers with a proven cooperation history. If you are a long-term partner, talk to us about credit terms that fit your cash flow.

For sample orders and small trial orders:

• PayPal or other convenient methods can be arranged for sample fees and small-value transactions.

All payments are made to our company bank account. If you ever receive an email requesting payment to a different account, please verify with us directly by phone before transferring — this protects both parties from fraud.

Custom and private-label orders are non-returnable, since molds, decals, and packaging are made specifically for your order. That’s exactly why we recommend starting with a low-MOQ trial order — test your market first, then scale up.

Every order goes through at least three inspection stages: incoming raw material checks, in-line inspection during molding, and a final AQL inspection before packing. We also welcome third-party inspections (SGS, Intertek, TÜV) arranged by the buyer.

Standard production lead time is approximately 45–60 days after the deposit is received and the sample is approved; new colors take around 60 days from color-sample approval. Raw material, decal printing, mold making and finishing are all available close to our factory in Quanzhou, which keeps development fast and unit cost low. For programs where tariffs or sourcing policies favor another origin, Yaxing is scheduled to begin production in Indonesia in January 2027.
