Melamine Dinnerware Factory in China

Yaxing operates a 20,000 m² melamine dinnerware factory in Quanzhou, Fujian, China, with 150+ employees across production, quality control and design.

Raw material is held in a regular inventory of about 500 tons, enough for roughly a 30-day production cycle. Each batch is inspected in the laboratory before it enters the warehouse, then stacked by material number and batch so it stays traceable and is used first in, first out.

The decal department prints, resin-coats, cures and cuts the decals that decorate the products, so artwork is ready before molding starts.

Molding runs on more than 50 hydraulic compression molding presses. Decal application and surface glazing happen inside the press cycle, and every molded piece is trimmed and 100% inspected before it moves to finishing.

Edge grinding runs on automatic lines. Polishing combines automatic lines with hand-polishing stations, and every piece is 100% inspected again before cleaning and packing.

Our R&D department uses CNC machining, 3D printing, engraving, 3D modeling and drawing equipment to turn customer requirements into production-ready tableware designs and molds.

Packing lines handle bulk export cartons, color boxes, sleeves, gift boxes and retail-ready display packaging to the buyer’s specification. Packed goods receive an AQL sampling inspection before shipment.
